Macey's had a Easter party, we decided to go and the boys had a ball, they got to go on a egg hunt around the store.They also got Bunny ears and their faces painted.

They kept it on all day!

The Sheffer's invited us to their Easter Traditions,

(Which We LOVE!) Especally the Egg Derby and Adult Egg Hunt!

The Easter bunny was good to us this year!

Becca turned sixteen this year and because she is so in love with all things Japanese, Meg was a total sweetheart and made a delicious ramen noodle soup!

Boden loved it!

Bob and Kiki made sushi!

My baby sister is a young woman who can date and Is in high school, I don't know if I am ready for this!

Gage and Boden are so funny!

In March we decided to take a much needed trip to So Cal

We took Bob and Kiki (my brother and his wife) With Us.

We went and visited my cousin Mitch and his beautiful family in Thousand Oaks

It was so much fun catching up with them, they took us for pizza and we went to this really need park and hiked to a cool tree (Bob has the pictures!)

When we Left there we headed for our hotel across from Disneyland

We met up with Aunt Stephanie and Cousins, Chris and Duncan

and they took us out for dinner at Old Town Buffet.

The next day we went to Venice Beach!

Mitch and his family met us there

Jon was really excited about the one legged bird.

The next day we went to DisneyLand!

Boden Loved all the Characters, Gage Liked Donald Duck but Goofy Scared him and he has had nothing to do with them since, so if you notice a ton of pictures of Boden and none of Gage, you know why!

The next day we went to California Adventures

All the Characters took a real liking to Boden and his love for hugs, but no one more Jessie from Toy Story

She took him on a long walk and the sat and played with him until she was ushered into the back by her Handler but not before blowing him kisses and making a heart with her hand. Jon thought she was going to go change into regular clothes and come hunt Boden down

We had lots of fun!

It also happened to be Bobs Birthday so Gage and I were sneaky and got Uncle Bob a birthday cake!

When we got home From our trip it seemed like we just jumped right back in the car to head up to Idaho.

Our nephew Carl was getting married!

We got to stay with the Cox Family, My cousin Dusty and his wife Kim. Dusty was out of town on business but Kim made us feel like we were in a B&B. She made us Breakfast and Dinner! The Boys has so much fun playing with Daisy and Addy!

We are so excited for Carl and Cayla and their new life together!

The Catch Up

For those of you who don't know, we only got to stay in my family home for a month....Just a month and I loved it. it was a good way to say goodbye, we ended up saying goodbye to Coeur d' Alene as well. After much thought, consideration and sore knees (from praying) we felt Heavenly Father wanted us in Utah. Even though its hard to leave I know it was the right decision and we have already seen great blessings. Right now we are residing in Jon's parents house, who have been so gracious to lend us a roof until we know what our plans are. My mother helped me get a good perspective on it. "Your on a mission waiting for a transfer!"

For those of you you haven't heard...We have moved once again!

My parents moved to Utah and so we moved to their house and are taking care of it until it sells.

Even if this is a short lived arrangement, I am loving every second of it.

My family has moved a lot in my life and this is my first real home. I hate to see it go, so I am enjoying it while I got it!

The View

This month has been a struggle, but there are so many blessings that come along with it so I can't complain.

We have been married for 4 years as of the 20th

In September I found out I was pregnant.

We had a doctor appointment on our anniversary.

At the appointment we found out I had miscarried.

Its definitely been a testimony builder for me. I am so glad that I was in this great ward for this trial.

Dalton Gardens is Amazing!!!!!

So many stepped up and offered help and made this situation so much easier to go through.

I am also glad that I have my two sweet boys to love on and squeeze,

and one amazing husband who is so willing to be there for me.

Now back to the lighter things!

Boden and Gage got so excited when I pulled out the Halloween stuff. Boden wanted to wear Gages old costume. He makes one cute monkey!

Jon's parents have been on a church mission to Germany for the last 18 months and finally got home in August. We were unable to make it to Utah for their homecoming so in September we ran down to see them.

Boden was born while they were gone so he got to meet them for the first time.

We took Grandma to the mall.

Gage saw the ice cream shop and begged for "Cypeam".

Grandma can't resist that smile and the "peeeeeease".

The Fair

Becca and I took the boys to the fair. We walked around to all the different exhibits but the rides were calling Gage. I let him pick 2 rides.

He loved every minute of it!

Back in August my dads buddy was taking my dad out on Lake Pend Oreille pronounced "Ponderay". We tagged along. It was so nice to see my dad on a boat again relaxing. I hope to get a boat again someday... excellent quality time with my daddy!

Bo Turns ONE & Water FUN

The local grocery store had a special on 1st birthdays.

If you buy a cake you get one free for the baby to dig into.

This is what Bo got all to himself!

I think you can tell a lot about the personality of the kid by the way they eat their first cake. Here they have gone most of their life without any type of sugar and if they did get any it was a small amount, then they turn one and a cake is placed in front of them with no holds, no direction as to what they are to do with it.
Our first little guy didn't want to eat his. He just mashed it up and threw it everywhere. Boden wanted it all in his mouth!

My parents have tons of raspberry bushes and as soon as they started turning pink they caught Gager's eyes.

When they were finally ripe Gager could not wait to learn how to pick them. Now every time we go to Grammy and Papa's house Gage gets his little red bucket and runs for the garden. I will be honest that most of the berries never it the bucket, they go straight in his belly.

Summer in the north-west started kind of late, so now that it's finally here we are soaking it in!

We have been going every Monday for family night which has been nice since Jon gets off work at 2

Gager didn't know what to think about the water. He loved just sitting on the beach playing in the sand. Bo had no reservations. He walked right in.

The middle of June we headed to Utah.

We were lucky enough to stay at a 5 star resort also known as

Uncle Marty and Aunt Kerri's House!

Complete with Lion accented Fountain

and

Waterfall into a koi pond.

Oh and it also has a killer pool, which we were able to enjoy several times.

At first we didn't know where we were going to stay, Originally we planned to stay at Jon's parents house in Woodland Hills, but it flooded and was under repair during our visit, so we are grateful that we could stay at Marty's humble abode.

The first outing we did was Wheeler Farm.
Gage rode a pony and we walked around and looked at all the farm animals.

We got to hook up with our nephew Chirs while we were in town and we decided to go to Liberty Park which I have been to many times as a kid, but the last time I was there is was run down and creepy. It has changed so much, so much has been upgraded, but it doesn't look like the rides have much! We walked over to them just too look and Gage ran straight for the car ride, slid through the bars and hopped on! so Jon went and bought a ticket so Gage could ride. He had so much fun!

After that we went with Grammy and Boo to Temple Square. We started off that the Church History Museum. As soon as we walked in Gage saw a stain glass window of the first vision and he said "Mommy! Jesus!..where my tie?" pulling at his collar. It was so cute. I love how strong the spirit speaks to little ones. The Museum has a great kids area now.

Now for the main event!

Our Local Fire station had an open house and we decided to see what all the fuss was about, good thing we did because Gage had a ball. They had little firemen outfits for the kids to try on and let them crawl all over the fire engines.

The Firemen showed Gage all the cool stuff about firetrucks

Gage now thinks he is a real fireman.

On Sunday we went to Grammy and Papas for dinner. after dinner we when for a walk outside and Gage saw a Puddle in the driveway that he was so curious about and would pick up pebbles and toss them in. I was busy talking and didn't realize he had start patting the water with his hand, then he fell forward into the puddle and Jon was just shaking his head (he doesn't like messes) but since Gage already got dirty I figured he might as well enjoy it and make it worth the clean up later so I told him to jump, he looked up at me like "are you serious?" He had so much fun!!!!!! when it was time to get cleaned up the bathroom was in use so when went redneck and Gave him a proper bath in the kitchen sink! HE LOVED IT!!!!!!!!

Monday for family night we went on a bike ride to a park. which was a lot of fun, even Boden got to play!

On the way home we stopped at Mickey D's for some ice cream.

Or what I would call Easter.

We started the holiday of Easter on Saturday. We went to a local high school and Gage got to hunt for eggs...

okay, so he really didn't have to hunt.

It looked like a nice day but it was pretty chilly so Daddy and Bo went to Grammy and Papas while Gage and I did the egg hunt, Gage did so great, we had to wait a little while and a lot of the kids were having a hard time waiting, Gage was so patient and as soon as they said go...off he went!

"E-SER Bunny" came and left lots of goodies

IDAHOME or should I say We da Home

Okay so the new year has been Crazy!!

We moved back up to Coeur d alene!!!!!

We are so excited to be up here.

We have a cute little town home it is 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. I was thinking since it had 3 bedrooms that the boys would share a room and I would get a craft room......NOT!!! since living at Jon's Parents house with all that room we have accumulated a lot of toys.......so my craft room is now a toy room!

oh well...no biggie the boys love it.

We are in a great ward in a brand new building

Jon started a new job doing customer service for capital one. He does a morning shift and his home by 2:30 so we feel like we get a whole day with daddy!!!!

the weather here has been great, we got to go to the park on Saturday and didn't even need jackets.

Christmas Eve

For Christmas Eve, I thought it would be fun to invite the Anderson kids (my nieces and nephews) over to make homemade salt dough ornaments .

They are so fun and easy to make.

It is just flour, salt and water mix together.

Rolled the dough out, cut it in the desired shapes and baked at 350 for 10 mins.

Just let them cool and decorate!

So while we were having so much fun mixing, baking and starting to decorate them.

Gage and Joey were playing. Gage starts crying, he fell on a metal swivel chair leg and slit his eyebrow open. I can tell it is deep so I call the pediatrician, luckily they happen to be open Christmas Eve.

Gage had to have 4 stitches, this picture is right before they put the stitches in.

After that we went home and finished ornaments and Gage took a long nap

Jon decided to take the Family to the mall for a birthday dinner! we went to Red Robin but for Gage the highlight was the car and mommy actually had a quarter on her!

That was until he heard the CHOO! CHOO!

My Actual Birthday!

So as I had said in the last post- Bob, Kiki and Jon (kiki's Nephew) spent the night. They were here to spend my actual birthday with me.

it was garbage day and being that we had two parties the past week we had lots of garbage and the driveway was Ice, Speaking of ice and driveways, My cousin and his wife were here the night before and had parked down in the driveway in a 2 wheel drive vehicle it took three pushing and a four wheeler to get the car out, but we did it! anyway! we took the garbage can back and fourth with the four wheeler! then we decided to take the kiddos on a ride around the driveway, then we decided to hook a sled to it and pull Bob, Then Bob got this Great Idea to film it!

The Little Pirate Party!

On Monday, our oldest turned two!

He wanted to be a pirate all day...and he was! we got lots of comments while picking up the cake and balloons

Uncle bob says makeup is the key to a good pirate so Gage got an awesome stash

We had a Treasure hunt let led to this treasure piñata at first we let the little kids 5 and under beat it around for awhile then the big kids blew it to oblivion

Gage likes to hit it with the wrong end of the bat, whatever works, I guess!

I was extremely excited about this cake! My mom had sent Gage a Playmobil Pirate and thought I could put it on his cake. well I found a Pirates of the Caribbean cake and loved it so I asked if they would leave off the characters it came with since I am not a fan of character things. I thought it was so perfect!

Gage was so cute we lite the candles and he led everyone with his hands in Happy Birthday and blew out his candles with no problem! we had cake and pizza and watched a "Playmobil and the secret of Pirate island" that we found at redbox! (who da thunk)

He made Bank with Presents, Cars, Trains, Snakes, Pirates, Playdoh, cool books! and lots of kids to play with! I wish I would have gotten a picture of Uncle Bob and Kiki together in their Pirate Garb. Last minute Bob and Kiki decided to stay the night so Gage had his first sleep over with Kiki's nephew Jon who played so well with Gage. They even got to go swimming together!

Thanks to all who were able to come and help celebrate the big two! and those who werent able to make it, We sure did miss you!

My Birthday!

In attempt to give me my own day and separate the parties I had my party the Friday before my birthday and let me just say.....It was Awesome!!!!!!!!

My cousin and close friend Erin Volunteered to make me a cake. let me just say it looked awesome and was delicious! Thanks Buddy! not only that but she got me an Owl City CD! its moments like this that make me so happy I dont listen to the radio.

Gage helped me blow out all 23 candles.

I got lots of chocolate, smelly things, clothes (mittens stuffed with money) and games. it was lots of fun and I am happy so many were able to make it during this busy time of year!

It just wouldn't be Thanksgiving, So............ off we went!
We headed up on Tuesday and would come back home Thursday evening.

Uncle Bob and Kiki met us up there, we played games and went swimming!

Wednesday I thought it would be a great idea to go to the outlets and do some Christmas Shopping. I did eventually get to do my shopping but only after a little detour. It was so cold up in park city that the front passenger tire on the suburban decided it didn't want to stay inflated and coming out of the parking lot it gave out! so Jon got to learn how to change the tire! and last but not least the Turkey Bowl!

Jon has been so excited about IN-N-OUT coming to Orem since he drove past and saw the sign "coming soon" we were in the valley running errands and he wanted to stop by and see the progress, He can't wait until he gets to go. I have a feeling the line will be a long wait (hours!!!!!!!)

we decided to caravan back up to Coeur d' Alene with them.

Grammy and I had lots of projects going so we went to several fabric stores,
Gage was such a good boy!

Grammy took us to a neat little restaurant called Cafe Carambola.
This was such a good drink made from hibiscus flowers, Gage loved too!

Gage knows what he wants for Christmas! this is a huge horse at Costco.

Coeur d' Alene is always fun and I always have a hard time leaving.
I was able to accomplish a lot while I was there and had good bonding time with the family.

On Halloween Uncle Bob and Kjirsten came down and we decided to get in the pool and what the heck lets take Bo. We started Gager at this age and he loves the water!

Its interesting to see how the boys are so different, its not that he didn't like it, but he wanted to be held rather then bobbing in the floaty. I didnt mind, I loved holding him.

Overall, good first time! didn't want to over do it though so he only lasted about 10 minutes.

We went to see Ponka. we didn't know it was the last time. From what I am told he was his normal self and we just caught him at nap time so he was really tired. He was so happy we came with Boden and Gage and didn't want us to leave and let him sleep. The above picture he was singing to Boden, it was so cute!

This was our last visit with him he passed away a week later.

Grandpa was so excited to go, he wanted to be with Grandma Macey. overall the whole funeral experience was a celebration in his honor and a big family reunion. It's just hard for my own selfish reasons to say see you later.

Gage is getting so good at talking. He loves attention.
He is a great dancer and will groove to any beat

He loves watching Wow Wow Wubbzy and Yo Gabba Gabba.

He has gone potty on the big boy potty once

and we are trying to get him to be more consistent.

He loves "Juice" which is anything he can drink, mostly milk. He will bring me his juice cup and then go to the fridge and get out what he wants to drink and bring it to me then after I fill up his cup he will go put it back in the fridge. He is so smart. He loves asking for eggs and cheese. His latest is saying "help me, help me" and "stuck" when he is trying to get on the bed or couch.

He is such a fun loving boy and we are so glad to have him in our family

In August Chris (Jon's Nephew) and his wife Jenna moved in with us till they settled in Utah. We had so much fun while they were here and we were sad when they moved to Salt Lake, Gage was especially sad to loose the constant play time with Daxon their 1 year old son.

The last three months have been hectic, I now have a 3 month old and a 22 month old.
Boden is a joy in our lives, he loves watching his brother and wants so much to be able to run around with him. The first month he was a none stop hiccup-er he seems to have passed that phase. He has always been a good sleeper "Thank Goodness". He is such a happy baby, always smiling. at his 2 month check, he was in the 99% percentile for his height, I can confidently say he is going to be over 6 feet tall.

Gage Has loved having Boden around, They are such good cuddle buddies
and Gage loves helping throw diapers away,
in fact he is very defensive about he job and doesn't like mommy and daddy to do it.

Boden can now roll over!

Last minute we decided to go to Richfield for the festivities. Jon's family had no idea we would be coming, it was fun to surprise everyone!

Gage Watching Fireworks with Aunt Carolyn. I think he said "whats that?" about a million times! He clapped after every firework.

This is the next door neighbor holding a fountain above his head and spinning.

Early Morning Tennis, Beutler Family Tradition!

Horse and Jeep Riding

Gage meeting his cousins new horse RED, he even got to ride him, but it was too dark for a picture. Gage cried when he had to get off.

Gage loved getting a ride in Jonah's jeep. In a few months I bet Gage will be able to reach the gas pedal.

Childrens Museum

Jon had a Friday off, We were so excited we decided to go visit Uncle Bob in Salt Lake.
We meet Uncle Bob and kjirsten at the Gateway and went to the Childrens Museum.

It was lots of fun because Bob is just a big kid.

So I have finally Decided to make another attempt at a Blog.
This time focusing on my family life as a new addition is about to arrive.
We are now counting down for Baby Boden.Gage is so cute!
We had fun doing maternity pictures ourselves.
Jon was nervous being the one behind the camera, But I think he did great!

Gage has really enjoyed eating ice cream cones
